the hotel is very very old and run down - it should be marked as 2 star hotel or 3 max not 5 no way I will stay there, they are renovating but structure is same narrow hallway small rooms smell bad and dirty....
The property is quaint with good attention to detail throughout. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet very walkable to many restaurants and places of interest.
Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel in great location. Close to restaurants, museums and Tube station.Bathroom very nice but quite tight. High step into bathtub/shower and no outlet for hairdryer curling iron, etc. were only drawbacks. Towels were fluffy. High end toiletries. Bed was very comfy. Room was small but well laid out for storage and comfort. Would highly recommend.
From the moment we entered the hotel. The service was top notch. The staff are all friendly and very helpful! The property is lovely and in a quiet neighborhood however it is convenient to many London museums and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
Super location and AMAZING staff esp front desk, concierge, doorman and employees in the bar! Always helpful and great recommendations on what to do around town or how to get there.
Our room was “fair” however looked in others that were very nice. Will return for sure.
Harvey made me feel welcome from day one and to my last day. Ali made check in a breeze.
Henri went above and beyond in customer service helping me find a box for a memento.
Great location for numerous reasons.
Very helpful staff, Beautiful location and knowledgeable service to make stay very pleasant!! Highly recommend for short or long stay!

Property was nice but room was unbelievably small and not decorated well. Sloping floor and couldn’t even open the door of bathroom without hitting toilet.
The hotel is located near the tube station in South Kensington, which is a lovely area with many museums. We stayed in a luxury suite that was large, luxurious and well appointed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience was excellent.

I have been staying at the Kensington for the past 5 years. I love the location, condition of the property, and staff. While there were some issues with broken amenities during this stay the staff were very accommodating and did everything possible to make it better. I will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in London and at this property. Can not say enough good things about it. Super high end yet very boutique feel. The concierge, front desk staff, etc were all over and above friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying with them again!

We used love the Kensington but now the value for price has decreased but the staff is so attentive we will continue to opt for that hotel when promotions come up

Friendly and helpful staff.
