I stay in many hotels for work, this one was terrible. The staff have no customer service and lie through the back of there teeth. The breakfast was a brioche bun, apple juice and a coffee. The evening food room service was not edible. The location however was good. The property was tired and needed a good vacuum. But by far the worse was the manager onsite I have never met anyone like it.
The Cranley is very good value and an excellent stay with very helpful staff.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We arrived and they said that they had upgraded us to a larger room. The room we were put in didn't look any larger than a usual double room only it had a four posted bed. This was great until you got in the bed and it rattled so much and was also two single mattresses next to each other. This meant that you couldn't move around the bed without falling down a massive dip. The shower was also broken as the tap came off when you go to turn it on. It was close enough to everything we needed and the lobby was lovely! But the overall stay, based on the room was very disappointing
