It was amazing experience at Taj. I knew that they will meet my expectations but when I stayed there for three nights for my wife’s birthday they went beyond my expectations. From early check-in to check out the staff spot on And we left from there with your lovely smile on our faces. Butler met you he was amazing and room service was exceptional. They definitely made my wife’s birthday special with their excellent customer service.

The property is located at the heart of the city, historic and thus unique. Hotel staff performance is rated excellent and memorable. Staff maintained traditional Indian hospitality Some of the names which comes to our mind are; Mathew John, Joy Joby, Benson, Alex, Jon etc. Together, they have made our experience memorable and unique.
