The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. By far one of my best experiences in UK stay.

Nice hotel. Great location

I enjoyed my stay. Didn't use hotel bar or restaurant as plenty of other options all within walking distance. I arrived heathrow and took the Piccadilly subway line to Leicester square. It takes roughly one hour. The a short maybe 2.5 block walk any your at hotel. Great location for all the sights. Will definitely stay again next trip. The only complaint I could think of would be water drained from shower slowly so you stand in puddle. However it was a nice shower and everything else was perfect so this is easily overlooked. One last thing my room had many more USB charging ports than needed. Was awesome. Did t need to break out English power adapter till I got to Sheffield and a hotel with no USB chargers

Central soho hotel.

Close to landmarks, Piccadilly and northern line. Very close to covent gardens, excellent shopping, and entertainment. Staff is lovely. Rooms are gorgeous.

Sleek hotel in the center of the theater district

Pros: The room was well designed with ample storage space once we learned to use the shelving by the bathroom.
Cons: One desk chair, no place to sit comfortably and read including the lobby which has very unstylish Louis something or other provincial chairs.
Location: Theaters were all around us, the National Portrait Gallery and the National Gallery were around the corner, Parliament was a 10 minute walk.
We stayed for six days over Christmas end enjoyed the hotel's prime location -- many subway lines easily at hand. Hotel breakfast prices looked expensive, as hotels often are, but there were Pret A Manger outlets at eight end of St. Martin's and a Starbucks across the street. There's a good French restaurant next door, and an Italian seafood place a few doors away. We had a good dinner at Brown's, a traditional English place, on Boxing Day after we couldn't get in on Christmas, but we did get into Steak & Co a chain a few doors away, which was perfectly good. The hotel is very self-consciously cool...we got a tour of the room's features, including mood light we could play with, when our luggage was delivered. The hotel, which says it offers an airport shuttle, will call a black cab to Heathrow, but Uber is less than half the price. Piccadilly is a 15 minute walk, Buckingham is about 20 at most. Selfridges and Harrod's on Boxing Day are for the very brave and resilient.

Great location, easy access to all major attractions. Staff were great, very attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
