Situated between Brixton, Dulwich & Peckham, with transport links to central London within 5 minutes walking distance. Close to several parks, pubs and restaurants (including a Japanese restaurant directly opposite) you wont be short of things to do and places to visit. The space The property is in an converted house and situated on the upper floor. It has a main communal door, shared only with the downstairs residents. It boast a large spacious front room with views out to a quiet road and from which you can see a Japanese restaurant and convenience store. the front room includes a corner sofa, smart TV and Table plus free Wifi, perfect for working or relaxing . The bedroom has a lot of storage including a freestanding wardrobe with additional hanging rails either side. there is also a chest of drawers to keep fold away items. The Kitchen includes a fridge, washing machine, cooker as well as a kettle and toaster and cutlery. The bathroom and and toilet are located at the rear of the house. The bath has a shower facility. Guest access The whole property is available to be used privately solely by the guest Other things to note We currently charge a lock out fee of £100\. To cover the cost of replacement keys and barrels. And also the associated cost with coming down to help you gain access back into the premises. Please keep your keys safe to avoid this from happening. I was able to have breakfast and cook my own meals, so I did not have to go to restaurants all the time. When I asked questions, the host emailed me back very quickly. Don't expect a very clean and very new apartment. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the metro station; the metro takes you to the city center in about 30 minutes. I parked my car on the other side of the road, you have to pay a parking fee for 2 hours (about 20 euro per day). Definitely consider this apartment if you are staying in London, especially if you want to park your car nearby and don't want to go to restaurants all the time. ##### Daniël H. This is a large apartment which has good facilities and is quite comfortable. There are a couple of awkward doors and a steep staircase just so you don't forget you are staying in London, but it works well. Good cooking facilities, although no way to make your morning coffee except a kettle. The local area looks a bit shabby and rough, but the area is quiet and feels quite safe. It is a short 5 min walk to the train (at Loughborough Junction) but the tube station at Brixton is a bit of a trudge at about 1.5km although you can easily catch a bus most of the way. There are a few smaller shops and some takeaway/restaurants nearby (Try Zest of India for tasty and inexpensive indian) but you will have to go to Brixton for proper supermarket and market shopping, or stop at Elephant and Castle on the way back from central London. Ishmael communicates well and is very responsive. Check in was easy and flexible. ##### Daniel B.
