It has never been mentioned anywhere that it actually is a basement flat with very steep steps which was problematic for the person I was with. The front room is quite dark, the sofa is so uncomfortable, we could not sit on it. The bed linen were clean but stained, the garden did not look as good as the site shows... I requested to stay another week in the flat and I was told that the price would be 500 pounds on top of the price I have paid the first week. Worse, the platform Houst has debited the money from my account without my consent. I had to spend hours to get my money back... ##### isabelle c.
