Even though I was told I could get early check in, this was not honoured. In any case, regular check in is at 4pm and early only 2pm. Very disappointing.

Hot and Stuffy apartment in good location

We found the apartment to be very pricey for its amenity as it doesnt have air conditioning and is very hot and stuffy in summer. If you open the window for ventilation you hear noisy pub drinkers in the pub across the road. So would not advise staying there when the weather is warm... it may be better in winter. We were also frustrated with the late check in time of 4PM and the inability to leave luggage in the apartment. We were advised to use a luggage storage service called Stasher with a supposed 20% discount but this discount was not genuine as all the other stores offering luggage storage options were offered at the same price or cheaper. Given the high price of this apartment I would not recommend it... though its strongest point was its convenient location.

An amazing experience!

We were totally blown away by the excellence of the experience of renting our "Sonder" apartment in London. The apartment was delightfully clean and attractive without being fussy -- a place we could really relax with our two grandchildren, ages 9 and 12. They both want to live there permanently. The area was full of delightful shops and restaurants, and near two underground stations. We booked at the last minute and didn't read all the information material as carefully as we should have, but the staff was on hand to answer our questions whenever we needed them. So much better, (and more affordable), than a hotel stay
