This Bed and Breakfast hotel is excellent value for money. It's close to the underground only a couple of stops from Heathrow. The area it's in isn't the best and the property is basic, but it's price point is very good considering it's really convenient location. It was clean and functional If you're looking for a good quality hotel, spend a little more and go somewhere else. If you want somewhere close to the airport without breaking the bank then this is perfect

A great family friendly hotel very close to Heathrow. Staff were very caring, friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommended for a budget stay in London.

Nice place to spend some time & recoup.
We loved having a place close to London Heathrow Airport as we had a 1 night layover. This quaint place was perfect for that. It's in walking distance to a subway stop on the Piccadilly line. The tea was good. The backyard is like an oasis!

The front desk guy was friendly and check in was easy. The bed was very hard and the white sheets were not so white - yellowing and stains present. The shower was decently clean but the fan in there was dusty. The location is also a bit busy so having the windows open was loud but otherwise the room was stuffy. Needed a cheap ish place for the night before a flight out of Heathrow so it did the job but probably wouldn’t come back.

Amazing for the price. We are 6 people looking for over night stay. Lack of ventilation and no AC but they have fan. Friendly staff.

Good price but noisy and not too comfortable
We booked two tripple rooms for a 1-night stay for our family. Location is not bad, only a short walk to the Underground. Rooms were small but ok for just staying a night. Internet was fine, staff were quite friendly. On-site parking is also good. Breakfast was quite a basic 'continental' breakfast with some cooked food (but mostly cold). Hotel is almost directly under the Heathrow flight path, so on a warm night you can't close the windows but get a lot of plane noise. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and quite stiff.

The place was nice and in a good area. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions willingly. If you are coming from the airport use the train as the station is just a couple blocks away and you will save a tremendous amount of money vs taking a taxi.

Hard to fault
I needed a reasonably-priced overnight stay near Heathrow, following an evening arrival. The Skylark fitted the bill admirably: two minutes' walk from Hounslow West tube, which is only two stops from the airport. The accommodation itself was perfectly OK: the room was clean and quiet, and the continental-style breakfast was excellent too. At the price, it is hard to fault, and I would certainly stay there again.

Location, location, location. Property is not in good shape, needs paint, walls and furniture as beat, but bathroom was updated and spotless and bed was in good shape and clean and even smelled clean. Highly recommended for the quick sleep/wash before a Heathrow departure.

A gem for a stopover close to Heathrow. Just one stop on the underground from the airport and a few minutes walk to the tube station. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.

Staff were friendly enough. Parking limited to about 6 cars. The room though clean was tired and some staining to bed bases and carpet. Room was very small but had a nice new shower although also small. Had a problem with the radiator being cold, the young lad came and had a look and said he would be back…. never saw him again so fixed it myself. Tv decent size with good channel choices. Room needed new furniture and a deep clean, walls painting and updating. The set of three drawers was leaning 2 inches to the left as broken. Cost £81 and I’ve had bigger modern rooms for less.

We chose this property for one night because of its proximity to the Heathrow Airport and walkable distance to the Tube station as we don't want to miss our departure flight during the rush hour. We were in fact surprised by the cleanliness and simple but lovely design of their little backyard as well as the kitchen area. This is a gem at a reasonable price.
