Nice Hotel Near Everything

Pros: Comfortable accommodations, stylish and modern.
Cons: Elevators are too dark.
Location: Conveniently located between SOHO and Mayfair; great for shopping and dining.
Enjoyed stay at hotel. Nice staff who were responsive to requests for assistance.

Great staff, very interesting decor, lovely big room with minimalist style. Air con not functioning correctly but efficiently reported for correction. Only current issue is a very noisy construction site opposite, so if you wish an afternoon nap or a lay in Saturday morning, think again at the moment - check with reception re the current state of construction.

Excellent hôtel

Au premier abord, même s'il est très bien situé près d'Oxford street, l'hôtel n'attire pas le regard (façade quelconque et vieillissante). Une fois le seuil franchi, vous êtes remarquablement bien accueilli. Le design (Philippe Stark) du lobby est original. L'entrée est agréablement parfumée. La chambre : spacieuse, très propre, lit très confortable, design épuré. Nous avons cependant été déçus par le petit déjeuner, qui nous ne a pas semblé à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles européen (bons produits mais peu de choix). Le petit plus : la jolie surprise préparée par l'équipe à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. Au final, un séjour très agréable et un hôtel que nous recommandons.

Vi blev välkommade på ett varmt sätt av personalen. Väldigt bra på service men hotellet kunde varit i bättre skick med tanke pp 5 stjärnor och priset.

Pros: Rooms, Food & Drink, service
Cons: The lift one was abit dodgy when we were there.
Location: Central location to oxford street shopping and theatres. Plenty of eating places close by to suit everyones taste.
Excellent service from the moment we walked in from the ladies on reception to the moment we left from the concierge. Drinks at the long were top draw and the food offering was superb. Rooms are quality really modern and clean and very quiet for the centre of London.

Bien mais cher pour ce que c'est

L'accueil à l'hôtel est tres agréable et souriant, mais a 15h15 la chambre n'était toujours pas prête, nous avons quand meme pu laisser notre valise pour profiter de Oxford street qui est a 2 mins a pied. Petite surprise plutôt désagréable a notre retour dans la nuit, on etait venu dans notre chambre serte pour allumer une bougie et refaire le lit, geste mignon seulement si on aime que lon rentre dans notre intimité sans prévenir... Pour le reste de la chambre, rien a redire, le lit est vraiment grand et confortable, les deux bars sont vraiment a faire. Si vous avez le sommeil léger et que vous voulez faire une grasse matinée, prenez des boules quies et surtout priez pour pas avoir des travaux au marteau piqueur a 8h du mat....
