Best 5* in London at the moment!

Posted 27-Apr-2016
Pros: The decor, the service, the breakfast - not to be missed!
Cons: Maybe a cosy seating corner in the room instead of a large round table, you really can't use for anything?
Location: Close to Covent garden, the Thames and The Strand
Fantastic, attentive service throughout the hotel from the bar to breakfast. Attention to detail and remembering my name from first day in the whole hotel - impressive!

Top notch in every way

The attention to detail is astounding at the Rosewood. The hotel is so beautifully decorated and the service is impeccable. This was my third visit and I will return again. Definitely the best in London.

Grand Entrance

Pros: Décor
The archway, courtyard entrance is exceptional. The hotel was completely renovated that kept true to its exquisite structure and created a décor.

Wonderful Hotel

Posted 17-Jan-2016
Pros: Everything
Cons: Can't think of anything that could be improved
Location: Plenty of shops in the vicinity. Good for walking up to St. Paul's and beyond and walking to theatres and Covent Garden.
From the moment we arrived we were met by the fabulous staff who are always friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is northing short of beautiful, from the public areas to the bedrooms. The bar and restaurants are excellent with quality wine, spirits and delicious food. This is our third stay and we will definately choose Rosewood time after time.

Wonderful five star hotel

Posted 10-Jan-2016 on Hotels
Stayed at this hotel for two nights, the hotel itself is a beautiful historic building, the interior decor is as pictured, very chic, and although the lobby isn't big, it had a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff (which had very stylish uniforms), check in was very easy and fast, I booked the deluxe room with a king bed, and it was huge, the bedding was so comfortable, and the decor in the room was tasteful and not too busy. The hotel was very quiet, so I had a good rest while staying. The tube station was very close by, just 2 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, all within walking distance. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, would definitely be coming back in the future.

When it rains, watch out. The lobby area is like a skating rink. Someone will get badly hurt if no one has already. My wife went flying and the following day the signs were out. Reception rang and said a first aider was being sent to the room but no one showed. Shame as everything else about the hotel is great especially the staff.

ロンドン一のホテル。 雰囲気、家具、対応、清潔感、どれをとってもすばらしい。 また中心部に近くとてもコンビニエンス。 何度行ってもすばらしく再訪したく考えている。 同行者も非常に満足との事。
