We only stayed for one night but we were made to feel very welcome, all staff were polite, friendly and professional. We stayed for my mams 60th and they put balloons and banners in room with some birthday cake. It was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay there again.
Stayed here for a week. Staff was great and helpful. Older hotel but very clean with modern bathrooms. Can't beat the location, just down from Buckingham Palace and St James Park tube stop two blocks away. Would definitely go back.

Artful, modern, and complete amenities. I really enjoyed this hotel, and was treated well by front desk staff, restaurant staff, and bar staff. Always had London cabbies ready.
