Pros: Location, very central for a great weekend could walk everywhere, comfortable room also quiet, even with the window open!!
Cons: Nothing!!
Location: Very central to theatres and shopping ideal weekend location
Superior room, very clean and comfortable, although some refurbishment work being carried out in the foyer this did not affect our stay in any way, staff very friendly and helpful, great location for theatres and shopping

Great hotel

The hotel is in an area called seven dials. Loads of small shops and wonderful restaurants. You are near to theatre land and nice bars. Perfect position. We had a quiet room at the back, large room lovely decor. Lots of nice little extras, flannels, shoe shine kit, bottles of water, shower and even a bobble to tie my hair back.... We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food. All in all great hotel In a great position.

Great location in the heart of Covent Garden

Pros: Location, staff and breakfast.
Very comfortable boutique hotel, perfect for a weekend stay in London. Standard room was compact, but certainly roomy enough for a limited stay. Staff were great, very helpful and polite, and breakfast was hearty.

Great hotel in Theatreland!

Pros: Location, room, shower.
Location: Theatres, shopping, dining, museums, sights.
Great location in central London, a short walk from tube stations. Checkout was quick and my room was really comfortable with a great bathroom/shower. My only disappointment was the noise from outside the hotel. I realise not much can be done about this in central London. I'd stay again but I'll bring earplugs next time!

Très joli hotel. Malheureusement travaux dans l'hotel au rez de chaussée dès 8h du matin. Bruit et vibrations même au 4eme étage. Dommage car l'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé et le personnel très compétent et serviable. Pourquoi ces travaux en plein mois d'août avec tous les touristes.

heel goed hotel. ik weet niet hoe ontbijt is omdat het restaurant was dicht voor verbouwing . ze hebben geen lobby dat is jammer . maar de kamer was prachtig , alles nieuw, heel schoon prachtig groot bed. wij hadden groot kamer met zithoek, bad en douch en nog een soort kleed kamer met koelkast, nespresso apparaat en tafel met spiegel . personeel was heel aardig . ik ga zeker terug .

Uninformed renovation

Restaurant was closing on arrival for a refit. Sunday morning awoken at 8am to loud works, would not have booked if I had known. We asked to be moved, which was accommodated to a higher floor, however our room was downgraded for this to happen. We then had to move again as not all facilities worked in the 2nd room. On arrival in the 3rd room we were resigned to the fact that we would never book again here due to the move/concierge assistance/and general level of customer service.
