I would not stay here again.

Posted 21-Oct-2015
We stayed for 5 days, breakfast included. None of the mornings the breakfast buffet was sufficient. No waiter was in charge at the buffet, everyone was very disorganized, e.g. Berries were always missing (even though it was highly advertised as part of there healthy breakfast award), staff were understanding very little English which caused a lot of miss placed breakfast requests. The breakfast staff was not working together as a team and us as the guest felt that every morning. Cooked breakfasts took a long time to be served. A lot of additional costs for items on top of the 23 Pound breakfast charge. I would hardly recommend Not to book the breakfast and rather go out as there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants available clise by. Room Service was very much by chance, we never knew if they would come by or not. We think they were very much under staffed or again disorganized. I think in this hotel we should look at the higher ranks and managers to offer a confortable ambiente for the guest as I felt saving money was there first priority. It started with qualified staff over to missing items. Nothing just staff can pull together..

Great London Hotel in the heart of everything

Posted 12-Oct-2015
We had a two night stay, the hotel is in the heart of the west end, close to everything, we had a fantastic time and will return next time we are in London.

Great location and nice hotel

Posted 18-Sep-2015
Pros: The location, the cleanliness, the modern appointments, the comfortable beds, the quietness, the friendly staff, and the convenient room amenities.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Excellent location within walking distance to the tube station. Lots of nearby eating places and shops. A lively and fun area.
My daughter and I loved this hotel! The location was close to lots of shops, restaurants, theaters, and close to Leicester Square Tube Station. We felt safe and welcomed by the friendly staff. The room was very quiet, and the beds were extremely comfy. The service was excellent--from the staff who greeted us upon check-in to the maid who lowered the window shades each evening while we were out at the theaters. The whole place felt modern and new and had lots of conveniences in the room. It was an excellent place to stay.

Location, service vs. room amenities

Posted 14-Sep-2015
Pros: breakfast, staff service
Cons: bed size
Location: Superb location for theatre, attractions.
Well located, great service by forthcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, but twin bed was very narrow for a couple, no minibar/frig in room, bad shower drainage design so that water pooled and drained slowly - a bit annoying given premium price.

Ypperlig beliggenhet i koselige Covent Garden.

Posted 02-Sep-2015
Pros: Mest beliggenheten
Cons: Større rom, bedre frokost
Location: Koselige butikker, puber, fine restauranter, mindre enn 5 min. gåavstand. Koselig rundkjøring rett utenfor, kun lokal trafikk. Ingen plagsom støy.
Altfor små rom for 2 personer (dobbeltsenga var max 130 cm bred), kan til nød gå for 1 person. Trangt i gangene. Betalt frokost med kun skinke og ost, ikke tomater eller annet tilbehør. Ellers super beliggenhet og helt ok fasiliteter.

Modern Hotel at Seven Dials

Posted 31-Aug-2015
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, free Wifi, excellent location
Cons: Not a lot to complain about here
Location: You're a couple of block from everything here - Covent Garden, Leicester Square, theatreland, Chinatown...
This was our second stay at this hotel - we live not that far outside London and sometimes stay for the weekend. This hotel has a great location for theatreland and Covent Garden. The rooms are London-sized (i.e. properly small even with a superior room) but modern and well appointed - very comfortable beds. I appreciate a quiet hotel bedroom and this hotel delivers this well.

A true gem

FANTASTIC! We4 stayed four nights and had the best time. The staff was incredible...Yassine, Alex and Lisa were impeccable host to me and my family. The location is phenominel. Seven Dials is an oasis in a resort. Would not consider ever staying anywhere else in London.
