A personalized approach at this chain hotel

Posted 23-Apr-2017
Pros: The location, the staff, the restaurant - all excellent
Cons: The room was small with probably a little bit too much furniture for its size.
Location: Many theatres, restaurants and stores within walking distance. A ten-minute walk to Covent Garden. 5 minutes to a tube station. Great location!
Although the room was small, the stay was excellent. This hotel is in a great location at the center of the 7 Dials in the Covent Garden area - walking distance to theatres, restaurants and charming boutiques. The real surprise was the staff - from the restaurant manager who remembered my name on the second day and brought me my cappuccino without being asked to the door man who asked each morning for my review of last night's theatre outing. Staff were consistently pleasant, helpful and engaging. It was more like staying in a B&B than a hotel. I'd go again and would certainly recommend it to others.

Over night stay

Posted 14-Apr-2017
Booked the hotel for a overnight stay so we could attend a gig at the 100 Club on Oxford Street. The Radisson Blu Edwardian was ideally located, the staff were helpful and polite and the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Pros: Jose Lourenco
Arrived late in the night and had great service from Jose Lourenco who arranged for a early morning car and called me at 3:00am to wake me and made sure I made the plane. Great asset to this hotel.

Best location for theater goers

Posted 03-Apr-2017
Pros: The staff was lovely, the location was perfect and close to a tube stop if you do not want to walk. .
We wanted a location close to the theaters and obvious London sights and this hotel fit the bill. We were a one-block walk (and a short one at that) from the Palace Theater as well as other theaters. The brick roads were filled with cute shops and we were within walking distance to sights such as the British Museum and Portrait Gallery. There were restaurants everywhere so choices were endless. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. Fresh fruit, breakfast breads, hot entrees, cheese, cold meats, yogurt, a variety of juices, lox, coffee or tea, of course.

Excellent location for theatres, fabulous breakfast, courteous staff but lift not suitable for wheelchair users.

Great hotel for a night in the West End

Posted 12-Feb-2017
Chose this hotel for an evening of diner and theatre visit. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and theatres. The reception staff were exemplary in their helpfulness and so attentive to our needs. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Great bar for post-theatre drinks, and a lovely breakfast. Gem of a hotel for a night in the Covent Garden area.
