Bathroom was a little well worn. Evidence of water damage on door and grubby around the edges of the bath. Loud construction work started at 8am directly above us which we were not informed of during check in. Location is excellent.

Great location. Easy to get to the Underground and to all of the historic sites you want to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very busy in the Seven Dials so don’t forget to make a dinner reservation.

We were in a superior room but it was cramped , no fridge/ mini bar, very small wardrobe and no drawers at all. View awful but more importantly, very little natural light. Very basic. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and the location is great.
