Welcome to this newly furnished garden house located in a quiet close in the heart of Carshalton, Sutton. This lovely house is close to amenities with M&S food and petrol station a short walk away. Within walking distance, you will find the beautiful Carshalton pond, Carshalton high street with shops and restaurants. Carshalton station is a 10 mins walk from the property, taking you to central London in 30 mins by train! Various buses within easy reach! SL7 taking you directly to Heathrow Airport!  
  
This house comes with a free allocated space just outside the property! And enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine in the lovely calming private garden this house has to offer! Outdoor dining is also a good choice!  
  
Living room: Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime apps available for some enjoyable film nights; snuggled up in the comfortable new sofa and have a cup of tea! Dining table and chairs to have a family meal!  
  
Upstairs two lovely freshly arranged bedrooms with a comfortable bed in each room! One of the bedrooms has a desk in it, perfect for remote working from home. With a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, the master bedroom gives guests a home feeling!

#### Quiet retreat in bustling suburb

Surprisingly quiet pleasant house in a nice bustling london suburb. Very convenient for mainline train to the city or walk to historic carshalton town centre with ponds, great pubs and ancient church. Loved it.
