I stayed here to be close to a Tube station ( Liverpool St. Station) and enjoyed the ten minute walk to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was struck by how small the room was for a double bed. I could barely walk around it. I don't stay in hotel rooms to spend time in it, so the room was suitable. It was one of those hotel rooms where you have to step outside it in order to change your mind. Nevertheless, the hotel was clean and had modern minimalist amenities.

This was a nice affordable option near enough St Pancras station. The staff, Clare, was super sweet and good. Oh and it was a delicious breakfast oh my gosh they make there own Greek yogurt it was truly the best I have ever had, and I've had a lot. Plain was great and the fresh fruit was really nice. Breakfast was not fancy but was really good.

Thr staff were rude. When we asked for ice, we got an eyeroll and 9 cubes of ice. The rooms are super tiny and our room smelled like a dirty bathroom.

Rooms are small but comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient. When we checked out we asked to store our bags for a couple of hours. The hotel charges £3 per bag. This left a slightly bitter note to a nice stay.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my bathroom which was presumably carried in from another room via the ventilation system. I requested a different room the next day and they moved me, which was fine. They seemed less keen on actually finding and dealing with the culprit though.

The check in and check out processes are super efficiënt. Im not sure i was ever checked in this fast. Room was no-nonsense and totally fine. Window did not open.

Nice stay good location
Was a really well presented and located hotel, stall were friendly and the rooms had everything you need. The shower was great my only issues were that the bed wasn’t that comfortable for me and one night 2 people come back and we’re being loud from 1am - 2am however, this isn’t the hotels fault - I would stay here again

Once again I paid a high price but was placed lower ground floor in a very small room. I'm not saying that your offering is bad but at this price-point, Point A, you just don't deliver a comfortable experience. you need to go and check-out other hotels locally for the same price. Showerhead fell off, soap dispenser was faulty and had been before I arrived, 2 single beds when I'd asked for a double ... as I say, I'm not complaining but I've stayed in several London Point A's and always feel that you could try harder and deliver a better customer experience.

Worst Sleep in years… Four flights for the loo…
Arrived to be told hotel is full and you don’t have a working toilet. Advised I can use the one in reception (4floors down). Water ran constantly all night meaning I slept very little. The only redeeming factor is the team member who was managing my check in. Clearly not her fault as she is not a plumber… The room was spotlessly clean too so again not a housekeeping issue.
