Once again I paid a high price but was placed lower ground floor in a very small room. I'm not saying that your offering is bad but at this price-point, Point A, you just don't deliver a comfortable experience. you need to go and check-out other hotels locally for the same price. Showerhead fell off, soap dispenser was faulty and had been before I arrived, 2 single beds when I'd asked for a double ... as I say, I'm not complaining but I've stayed in several London Point A's and always feel that you could try harder and deliver a better customer experience.
