Situated near Old Street, in East London. Attractions nearby include Whitecross St Market, Columbia Rd Flower Market and Regent's Canal. Old Street Station is a 8-min walk away, providing great transport links. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-plan living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a beautiful mezzanine balcony. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. The space OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA Located on the first floor, the open-plan living room is spacious in size and flooded with natural daylight. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8 guests. The room leads out onto the private balcony. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM EXTRA NOTE. After the reviews of the sofa bed, it's been replaced and upgraded to a double bed Both bedrooms are spacious in size. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed , a desk and office chair, an exercise bike and a hanging rail. The bathroom is fitted with a bath tub and waterfall shower, a toilet and a sink. Bathroom essentials are provided, including complimentary initial toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR AREAS The flat boasts a beautiful roof terrace private balcony with outdoor seating that you can enjoy. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout. The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. A £100 will be applied for late checkout.Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. King bed NOT kind bed. Mold in bathroom shower. Hallway lighting inadequate. 3 Bikes parked in hallway blocked entrance and was dangerous. Ceiling lights inside apartment not working and not replaced as requested. Communication with property management company slow. To their credit, management company promptly replaced microwave which stopped working. Overall, apartment had a worn out feeling and definitely needed some upgrading and refurbishment and a thorough cleaning. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Full of interesting restaurants and bars.
