You will have the entire property for yourself We want to try to cater for all guests therefore please do bear in mind this is our family home and there are a few additional rules: \- Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. \- Smoking is strictly prohibited, an extra charge will apply should any rules be broken. The building is a non-smoking zone. \- No illegal substances allowed on the premises. \- No pets allowed \- No unregistered guests allowed \- Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am; \- Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed. \- Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. \- Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. \- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. \- A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. \- Please take extra care of your keys.
