This would be the perfect flat to visit London with a friend or a small family. It is newly renovated and a stones throw from Balham tube station; connected to the Northern line. You can reach Central London in just twenty minutes by jumping on the tube at Balham. You are just a stones throw away from Balham tube station. From Balham tube station you can jump on the Northern line and arrive in Central London in just 20 minutes. There is also a lovely high road bustling with cafe, shops, bars and restaurants. Importantly you are just a few minutes walk Enter this newly renovated apartment and appreciate the original Victorian features alongside the modern finish. There is a bright living room that has a double sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests and a great dining table where you can have a enjoy a meal in after a busy day out of the house. There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect. Finally there is a fantastic main bedroom with plenty of space to relax after a day out and a modern bathroom complete with a shower. Guests have access to the whole property ‘We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.’ ‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule’ IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog).
