Not Typical Radisson Stay
Had requested an upgraded room, and was willing to pay for it. The check-in associate promised to call in 10 minutes. Never got a call. Not even to say that a upgrade was unavailable. In-room food service was very disappointing. Creme Brulee was excessively burnt and quite bland. At £6.50, the 3.6 oz bite of haagen dazs was a shocker. I've stayed at other Radisson hotels with exceptional service and value delivery. This was not my typical Radisson stay.
