I want to start this by saying the apartment itself was A-OK overall, clean and in a good part of town. However, their not having staff on hand is super annoying, and the response to legitimate issues were ignored. No emails were answered, and it took nearly seventeen attempts by phone to reach someone on arrival day *after* we had made rough arrangements. Once Nick let us through the front door, we found out the elevator was broken and would be fixed "on Monday". This was on Saturday. He helped carry our bags up, which was nice, He turned on the air conditioner, told us there were no toiletries, and took off. There were not only no toiletries, but for an apartment with a full kitchen, no paper towels. For the prices charged, that all should have been taken care of as a minimum in hospitality.
Anyway, the wifi did not work, and we only got service after a series of texts, and router information for routers that didn't show up. The air conditioner quit working that night. We reported it - no answers, and nothing was done about it. The elevator was never repaired during our stay (we checked out on Wednesday - two days after we were told it would be repaired - so we had to lug everything down multiple flights of stairs). The internet quit working again on Tuesday night as well, but thankfully some of the non-existent routers from the first day popped up.
All told, I'd never stay here again. Great location or not, things working matter. Hospitality matters. Stay away.
