Worst hotel at Heathrow Airport
More like I would imagine a two star hotel. Upon arrival computer system down 45min wait for room. Carpets not clean. No bath gel or hand wash in the room. Towels had a gray grubbiness. Although requested could not get the room heat adjusted. Restaurant food appalling, had to send back.
Stayed comfortably in many Heathrow hotels over the years, will never stay at Park Inn again and will never recommend
