Closest hotel to airport terminals.

Used this hotel for a very early morning flight check in. The Shuttle bus starts just after 5am but runs only every 45 minutes. Impersonal high occupancy/turnover hotel.

Over night before flight home

Very nice, neat, clean room. Very good meals in the lobby bar and grille. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff very accommodating. The location is convenient to Europcar rental return. Would stay again.

Worst hotel at Heathrow Airport

Cons: Tear down
Location: None, taking a flight
More like I would imagine a two star hotel. Upon arrival computer system down 45min wait for room. Carpets not clean. No bath gel or hand wash in the room. Towels had a gray grubbiness. Although requested could not get the room heat adjusted. Restaurant food appalling, had to send back. Stayed comfortably in many Heathrow hotels over the years, will never stay at Park Inn again and will never recommend

Be aware they are taking deposit on prepaid room

They took £50 of deposit on prepaid room for a night of stay! Although I explained to receptionist I won’t be having any extra costs he still asked for money and keep repeating I can use it for room service and it’s for ‘security’. Distrust in me as a client ruined my experience of this hotel and they lost a future client. I’m still waiting for deposit to be refunded..

Overnight stay

Good hotel close to the airport for overnight stay before an early flight. Large clean room with good amenities. Shame the reception did not think to sell us tickets for the shuttle, lucky we had enough cash left to pay the driver at 5am

Very slow service, check in and bar staff are very slow and have limited ability to speak English.
