The hotel is fine, great location but the rooms look a little tired, the self entry is ok but would be better if the phone key opened the main door as well. Breakfast was very good.

Hot water?
Let down by the water supply. Very low pressure cold water and the hot water took over 5 minutes to start. Very poor given the price.

Muy buena experiencia, hay algunas cosas que mejorar como la mantencion de algunas puertas y alfombras, pero superficiales. Es un muy bien lugar con habitaciones comodas, buen desayuno y personal amable.

I love the localization. I didn´t like the noise in the morning (maybe the elevator), the room was not done from one day to the other and the breakfast has few alternatives (suggestions whole bread of the day, red fruits, whole oats)

There was an intermittent loud machine rumbling in the room and also a fairly large leak on the floor, near an electrical socket, emanating ftom the room next door. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast room looked tired and the plants dusty and uncared for.

We have stayed once before at Chelsea Green So dear which was excellent vale and great room. This time the room was much more expensive and very much smaller. The bed was too small - should not advertise a double room with such a small bed. A new addition which was good is the breakfast in the lobby area - very pleasant.

I really wanted to like it the area was perfect for commuting to my work venue. The checking was incredibly problematic. En route to the property I was sent an email to urgently respond and fill out forms before arrival. I did so at the property As through as the process was the amount of information was similar to purchasing an automobile . I had to wait for codes and responses both text and email to complete checking. The door code never came but all the vetting and marketing info came as I completed each step of the process. There was a manager to help in the instructions to complete the checking tasks. At the end of it I never got the codes for the doors they let me in and gave me a hand written piece of paper with the six digit code for the doors.I was locked out 3 times with a 24 hour period and finally left frustrated and simply left the remaining two days of my stay paid . I booked a new room at another hotel problem free and chalked it up to a technology glitch. The prompting of my eventual departure came when I pulled back the curtains in the morning to completely filthy curtains the shears appeared to be covered in potting soil. I went to the bathroom to wash and there was dried toothpaste in the sink,.I packed my bag and left..

Ok for short stays but not for long. Sonder does not clean the room until you leave, unless you ask for cleaning and pay $35. You have to ask almost every day for coffee makings and toilet paper.

Wow. Where to start? I booked this hotel because it was in Chelsea and it looked so good in the photos. Looks can be deceiving and I recommend you stay away from this place. First, I requested an early check-in because our train arrived so early that we’d be stuck with our bags. I never received a response. Second, they charge you £25 to freshen up your room. I genuinely thought I had misread it. So £25 for clean towels? Count me out. Third, not one USB could be found in the room. Couldn’t charge any of my electronics, had to go out and buy an adapter. Not that big of a deal but in 2021? Third, the lighting was atrocious. I love me so good ambient lighting but this was like living by candlelight. I couldn’t see anything! Fourth, there was no iron. I’ve never been in a hotel room that didn’t have one. It was definitely an inconvenience. Fifth, the noise! Any movement anyone made, even a cough, could be heard through the walls. And finally, the bed was so cheap and creaky. Any movement at all made us feel like the bed would come down. I genuinely wish I could get a refund from this place. I do not recommend and I will not be seeking out Sonder in the future. Genuinely, the Holiday Inn has better amenities and the cleanliness is on par.

The rooms needs some basic TLC - The toilet flush was very stiff and needs replacing so challenging to flush toilet. The adjustable shower head also needs replacing - it wouldn't slide up and down. The heating in the room was super hot and we couldn't adjust it. The chair legs need tightening up. The guy on the desk looked particularly dis-interested in guests and barely raised his head from his laptop, some customer service training required! On a positive note the bed was comfy and location of hotel is great for a 2 night stay.
