The management team were available for questions at all times, with a smooth check in process. The living room and kitchen area was spacious and comfortable, with lots of dishes and cutlery. The main two bedrooms were large and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms (the shower is on the small side but worked perfectly with no shortage of hot water). Laundry was available. The internet speed was terrible (cell phone hotspot was faster). The cooktop in the kitchen is induction, and there are no instructions (there are actually no instructions for how to work anything in the flat) on how to use it. Some of the provided pans also do not work with it, and it seemed to error out when using two pans at the same time. While there is a washer and dryer (common to the house), the dryer ran for two hours at the highest temp and clothes were still wet. There are many--very small--steps to climb to get to the flat. However, I will say that with a young family, it could be a good flat--particularly if you're going to cook. There are limited restaurants in the area. It was difficult for all five of us to be in the living space together, and have a comfortable place to sit. Somebody had to sit on a dining chair to watch a movie or have conversation. Not the end of the world, but it matters.The first floor bedroom has nowhere to put the contents of your luggage. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom. However the doors open into the foot of the bed! You may be able to hang a few things, but because you can only open the doors a bit, it’s impossible to use the drawers. You have to live out of your suitcase, Which has to be on the floor because there is no place to put that either. If you don’t mind living out of a suitcase on the floor, you’ll be fine. The location is not great as it’s on a busy street with constant sirens. It makes sleeping a challenge. Because it’s a busy street there is quite a lot of rubbish.However, It is not far from the Angel tube station and there are bus stops very close.There are three flights of stairs to get to the top bedroom. The stairs are very narrow and pretty steep. We managed them fine, but it might prove problematic for some.The major positive to this flat is it is clean. The neighbors were very quiet and the gentleman that lives, downstairs was very friendly to point out the location of the communal washing in the hallway. Take your rubbish out or they will charge you extra.Bottom line: we made it work, but I would look elsewhere. ##### Leslie S.
