Stayed with my mom for 6 nights. The staff was really excellent, friendly yet professional. Smaller hotel, not for someone who likes the buzz of a big chain-type hotel. This is more quiet, elegant and personal. The suite was exactly what we needed: really comfortable beds, nice bath, spacious living area to relax after a long day. Although a little small for real cooking (and who wants to cook on vacation anyway?), the kitchen was perfect for coffee in the morning with a fridge big enough for the wine we brought from Paris. Next trip to London, I would stay there in a heartbeat!

We had a beautiful two bedroom apartment and the high ceilings and great TV 's in every room made this apartment so perfectly comfortable. There is a great Tube station within a 10 minute walking distance and an amazing shopping center called Cabot Square made thus even a more attractive location. The West India Quay is a relatively newer neighborhood in Zone 2 of London and walking in this neighborhood was such a joy! This place was expensive but it was worth every penny.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the banking district. We were welcome with a glass of prosecco. The room was beautiful with an amazing bed and the little extras you would expect from a high class hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Only downside was that my wife ordered Plaice for a main course and what was delivered - Pork Loin!
The reason given was that the chef was new - I am not a chef, by any stretch of imagination, but even I know the difference between fish and meat!

Hotel Xenia prides itself on its hospitality and generosity and delivers on both fronts. Without exception, the staff are warm and attentive, without being intrusive. This was my first stay and I will definitely be returning and recommending the hotel to friends.

Huge room by London standards. Really clean and light with large windows and good block out curtains. Because the rooms wrap around the stadium it can be a long way from the lift to your room. Great buffet breakfast in a nice room. We joined the hotel points program at check in because we were told you get free wifi etc. On checkout told to pay for wifi because we didn't book room through hotel website?? We didn't pay. No restaurants near the stadium/hotel but great pubs in Twickenham town centre about 10 minutes walk away.
This hotel also has rooms that look into the stadium. If you can afford it, get one of these as the seats in the stadium are ridiculously small and everyone sits on an angle so their shoulders can fit and every time someone leaves their seat, the whole row has to stand up to let them out. We were on the halfway line and about 20 rows from the front. Stadium not sloped enough to see over people in front of you. Glad the Wallabies won.

It's the fantastic location of this hotel that makes it ideal for families. A recent stay with our grandchildren (5 & 6) proved to be a huge. success. A spacious family room with comfy beds was heaven after a long sight seeing day. The staff, particularly Elisabeth on the check- in desk, and those in the restaurant were great. It speaks volumes when staff speak to kids direct and at their level, which was really appreciated. The 25m pool was a little cold and it doesn't have a designated area 'just for kids' nevertheless while we shivered through supervision, our two couldn't get enough. A lovely stay.
