Terrible hotel in unsafe area

Posted 12-Aug-2015
This hotel was a complete disappointment. It was dirty, the staff hard a difficult time speaking English. If you are Muslin this is perfect for you. If you are Christian I would highly recommend you not stay here. This entire hotel accommodates Muslins only. The manager, chef, food, decoration is not geared towards Christians. There were even people praying to their god on the floor in the restaurant and lobby very unsettling. You need to advertise it as a Muslim hotel. We also had bugs in our room and didn't feel safe leaving the hotel at night. Children allowed to ride scooters a up and down the hall at 11;30 pm at night. The whole experience was a complete nightmare

Fabulous Location & Staff!

Posted 08-Aug-2015
The London Marriott Marble Arch is perfectly located in terms of shopping, tube access, restaurants, parks and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is attentive and efficient. There is a very nice pool, Jacuzzi and gym in the basement. Room service is great. They have a nice little pub and breakfast area. Overall I think it's one of the hotels with the best value for money in London. That is saying a lot! I also really like their TV software with wake-up and films to rent and information. The beds are comfortable. It's just such a pleasant place to be!

Overpriced hotel in a terrible part of town

Posted 28-Jun-2015
Pros: 2 double beds to accomodate a family.
Cons: Price, location, free Wifi
We stayed at the Marriott during vacation. The hotel for 3 nights cost us over 3x what it should have cost us per night and it didn't include WiFi (standard WiFi was an additional $16 per night!). It is in the middle of a middle-eastern section of town, 10 minute walk to the tube, and limited European/American restaurant choices available. One of the beds was in bad shape and very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to American travelers.

Way to noisy. Like being in a dorm room with doors constantly banging

Good Times

Very good stay, staff extremely helpful and made our two nights very relaxing. Location was fine, little walk from Marble Arch, but location was good for shopping and the underground.

Bra hotell nära Marble Arch

Posted 05-May-2015 on Hotels
Vi hade en härligt lång-weekend i London. Vi fick tillgång till rummet direkt när vi kom på förmiddagen. Trevligt bemötande. Lyxig men mycket dyr frukost. Närhet till Oxford Street men lite trist omgivning precis runt hotellet.
