    A great stay in London

    Amazing views of the Thames from the balcony; excellent location near transit (including the water taxi). Great vibe in the neighbourhood: everyone eating outside by the river during the heatwave. Check in process was very accommodating - would recommend!

        Great location, easy access to the O2 and very comfortable functional flat to share with friends on business or holiday. Tube and gondola station within walking distance.

          Good location with easy access to the centre of London, however the apartment needs upgrading.

          The apartment is in a good location only a 12mins walk from North Greenwich Station. There is a balcony with a view of the river. The building has a concierge who were very helpful and friendly. The apartment has been decorated and furnished in the cheapest possible way, although it's understandable to a degree because of a high volume of guests and wear and tear, we felt it could be made more comfortable. The beds were not particularly comfortable. The pillows, bed linen and towels were all of poor quality. The door to the shower did not close easily and needed to be forced (which means it will probably break one day). No place in the hallway to hang jackets. On our first evening a screw fell out of one of the dining table chairs. The window handles are all slightly loose. The kitchen is very badly equipped, especially for larger groups. There was 8 of everything, plates, cups etc but mixed and very worn. No large bowls or dishes for taking food to the table or making a salad. Only one pan for the oven. Damaged kitchen knives with dents and one with the top snapped off. Not enough pans to cook with. Not enough glasses. The kitchen really needs improving especially for larger groups, a tablecloth would have been nice and also some egg cups. Some guests might not use the kitchen as much but some like to prepare family meals and this kitchen makes it very difficult. The quality needs upgrading also and needn't be expensive, poor quality items will last no time at all and constantly need replacing, costing more in the end. Replacing everything, doing an inventory and charging the guests for any missing items would be better. The ventilation in the building felt almost non-existent with no air circulation in the corridors. To conclude we felt the location was good, with easy access to all the sights of London, a view of the Thames, and underground parking. However it's wrong to describe the apartment as "luxury" considering the furnishings and badly equipment kitchen. We would gladly stay again but only if more attention was paid to small details, if the apartment was made more comfortable and the items above were addressed.
