The apartment sits on the first floor of a small modern development just off Putney Hill, accessed via a single flight of stairs. It’s well located for Putney mainline station (0.7 miles) and East Putney Underground station (0.9 miles, District Line), with local bus routes nearby. The green open spaces of Putney Heath and Wimbledon Common are close at hand, as is the River Thames.

The wooden-floored hallway leads into the open-plan living space, where you’ll find a cushioned banquette beneath a large window, a Smart TV, and a designated dining section that doubles as a work-from-home space. The bright kitchen overlooks the tree-lined street and is fully equipped for home cooking — including a state-of-the-art coffee machine for morning indulgence.
