Excellent allround. The staf are genuine and helpful ...going the extra mile. While there are kitchen facilities i am not sure if breakfast is available. There is a coffee/ hot choco machine however. There are fridges in the kitchen which guests are free to use.

Probably unbeatable value.
You must do something about that shower head. Limescale blocking shower heads, and killing off washing machines, is part of life for most British people. If nothing else, a manager might once per month unscrew each shower head, poke each hole with a pin and re-assemble. Double room in the sense that one could just about walk past the double bed, but there was also a desk and a nice chair, albeit the room was not sufficiently wide for the chair to fit alongside the bed (helpful for my CPAP machine). Nice fitted carpet. Good en-suite toilet, wash and shower room. Cleanliness: excellent. Television and WiFi worked well. At about £27 per night, just inside the Central Zone and in a posher part of London, probably unbeatable value. Co-op mini-supermarket round the corner very friendly.

Excellent value and conveniently located
This hotel is excellent value in my opinion and has a friendly and helpful receptionist and i was very happy with the room i stayed in for 2 nights and it was ideal for me as it's just a few minutes wall form Earls Court tube. And the common areas and my room in the hotel were very clean and my only disappointment was that i was unable to get the wifi to work on my laptop and also the shower head was a bit blocked with limescale so it wasn't a very powerful shower but overall i was very satisfied for my short stay there.

Great budget hotel
Overall really good stay. Room and linen was clean but dated, happy to compromise for the price. There was a lift which a lot of these old buildings often don't have. The location was very close to Earls Court station as well as food and shopping.

The property was extremely cheap and I had a tiny room in the hotel, so my review does not necessarily hold for other rooms. The room was adequate and just about in-keeping with the very low price I paid. The staff were lovely.

I like that this hotel is so close to a major tube stop on the Piccadilly line so it’s easy to get to. It’s on a very quiet street. It’s a great value for the price and it does all the basics well! I love staying here whenever I’m in town!

Disappointing experience
Very basic room in a non-1hotel (people vere going to the near hotel to warm stuff for breakfast...)! Room very small, no space to go around, bathroom is awful. Decent breakfast, although no egg and bacon were served. Only great thing is behind super close to the Earl's Court Underground station. Definitely Not recommended with kids.

Pleasant stay, close to tube station
Pros: Close to tube station with District and Piccadilly lines (even from Heathrow). Saf e area to stay at.vContinental breakfast having a variety to chose from. Comfortable beds and warm. Plenty of sockets around the room. Tea and coffee facilities everyday. 24-hour reception. Helpful receptionists and breakfast staff. Many restaurants, cafes, eateries in the vicinity. Cons: Room and bathroom small though manageable. No window in bathroom and extractor fan not in working condition. Furniture and bathroom need updating, Dust under beds and on curtains. Time slots for breakfast as dining area is small.

This used to be a hotel I liked. The staff are friendly but the place is getting tatty. Housekeeping is terrible... Dirty floors.. Bathroom filthy.... Tired linen.... From being a good central address at a good price it is now not worth staying at any price

I would definitely stay there again, but what I asked for a larger room. Our room was way too small. There was not enough room to put your clothes, no drawers bathroom was small. If you dropped something in the shower you had open the door to pick it up. The room was clean and quiet very quiet. Catchup catch And location was excellent just a two minute walk from the underground and many good restaurants. The staff was accommodating and very helpful when you needed something

A decent spot in London
Stayed here a number of times now. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's in an excellent location. The rooms are small, but very clean. We had a leak problem, which was obviously known to them, but we were immediately given another, bigger room.

The room was tidy & clean. Tea & coffee facilities. Close to Earls Court station. Close to eating places. We didn’t like room was very small & also bathroom. The bed was close to wall. Didn’t feel safe in lift, very old. Hotel clean & staff friendly.

This is a very old building, but it's in a perfect location, right by a tube station, and the woman at the counter was extremely helpful. Rooms are small, but it was perfect for us because of the convenience.
