Too many surprises
The bed frame was not properly installed making the bed not flat. It takes the property manager 5 days before a proper fix and we end up with sleeping on sofa bed for 5 out of 6 nights. The exact location/address was not provided before we arrive London. The “check-in instruction” was completely unclear with no mention that we need to contact someone to find out the “meeting place” and then to be led to the property. we end up searching up and down the Pentonville road (the only thing given as the address in the booking confirmation, with no street number) asking around for a property named “Kings Cross Apartments” which no one knows of course since it only exists on paper ( only becomes clear to me after resultless search on the ground and eventually got me internet access) . The place is noisy with traffic, neighbor (other guests) activities. One good thing about the place is that it’s location is extremely convenient just cross street from a tube station and with many restaurants, convenient stores and pubs within 100 yards.
