The property was beautiful, but service was sadly lacking and certainly not with a smile .As a hotel resident it was not possible to enjoy a drink in the bar without going on a long waiting list of non-residents which was frustrating to say the list .

The concierge was fantastic. The room was small but lovely, and the hotel is so close to UCL and the British Museum.
