Bizarre experience
I booked a night for my visiting elderly disabled father, while repairs were on in my house. Now I appreciate that most of the reviews here seem to be good, however this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever witnessed in an hotel. While the gentleman owner was somewhat courteous, the lady on the other hand was extremely rude. Unaware of the extremely thin walls we were made aware by stamping feet from their apartment upstairs clearly in protest at our conversation. Then met with her irate screaming. As if that wasn’t enough, as I struggled to get my father into the car I’m interrupted by more screaming on the street by this lady asking for the room keys - which I’d left on the unattended reception desk. My father was almost reduced to tears by this truly bizarre behaviour. It’s been difficult writing this, because till now i cannot understand it - vis-a-vis other seemingly good reviews here. I wish them all the best, but I would never even come near that place again much less stay there.
