Beautiful area. Property needs some love

Ideal location. The house was definitely gorgeous and well loved but could now use some care. Spacious and great for families. Bedrooms are downstairs with limited air circulation and no opening windows. No air conditioning (not uncommon in London). Property owner did buy additional fans to help with the heat.
