Pros: Friendly and helpful staffs, free apple available in the lobby.
Cons: The room is a bit stuffy when we return back from our daily trip, need to make the room more comfy based on temperature control
Location: Supermarket, resturants and london underground located nearby.
Hotel is located next to Euston train and underground station. The staffs are helpful and friendly, alway greet us with a big smile. Check in and check out was done easily and online.

Relatively inexpensive hotel close to train/tube

Posted 10-May-2017
Pros: convenience and service
Cons: reduce cost of breakfast
Location: It's a very convenient location - close to Euston Station where you can take the Underground or Train.
We liked that we were immediately greeted when we entered the hotel, and quickly got our room. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, even though we had to pay extra for it.

Good Location and reasonable price

Posted 09-May-2017
Pros: The main reason this hotel selected was proximity to Euston station for Harry Potter WB studios, food services in area, and location to multiple tubes
Cons: Face cloths in rooms, able to open window more and/or choose between heating/air conditioning regardless of season. Noisy when windows open.
Location: Many east indian restaurants in vicinity. Sainsbury local close by. Train had lots of fast food choices prior to heading into tube or trains
Checking in was pleasant. A greeter approached and took names. We sat down. When hotel staff available with hotel keys, we were approached. Much nicer than standing like cattle for 5 to 15 minutes in North America. Room very clean and bed comfortable. I was looking for air conditioning but it was still set up for heating. Window opened a couple of inches and had a safety cord. Three power outlets so hooking up devices a bit tight (brought my own power cord which helped). Bonus, every day that you do not use room service, you are provided a 5 £ certificate for food/services. Breakfast buffet is 10.45 £ so almost free breakfast after every 3 days. No face clothes. Tub was a soaker so stepping in and out of shower was a bit awkward. Bath mats are available on request. Blackout curtains very userful About 5% cheaper when creating an acct on the hotel's website and booking there. I preferred Expedia because I am familiar with the web interface and it has been reliable for me.

Excellent Value/Clearly guest oriented

Posted 08-Apr-2017
Pros: Liked the malted milk balls in the lobby; liked the absence of a reception desk and having pleasant staff greeting and registering you in the lobby.
Cons: Having a hand towel in addition to a bath towel. Having a charging station for phones.
Location: Location was convenient. Loved the British Library. Lots of okay restaurants and pubs nearby. Uber is wonderful and so can do things lots of places
We were pleased by the hotel. The room was small, spare and plain--but totally comfortable and functional. It 'worked" for our purposes, which included a place that was convenient, clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower.. We are in our 80's and like things simple and well organized. The design of the small room was ingenius--efficient and easy to get around. Probably had conducted a lot of focus groups to get it to work so well.

Poor staff manner ,bad facilities and furniture

Posted 06-Apr-2017
Hotel staff showed impatience when she couldn't find my name with her computer. I was showing her my hard copy voucher but she ordered me to find my name from the vocher instead. . Regarding the hotel room, it is quite annoying to go with, the fact that one needs to flush the toilet water for at least 3 times with great force but the toilet flush still couldn't work well. The curtain of the window nearly covered half of the table when closed, so it is actually not user friendly. Lastly, the handle holding the towel was useless as the towel always ended up slipping off to the floor and dirtied.

Location, location, location!

Pros: Everything! Water and gummy bears for guests in the lobby. Friendly and inviting. Very nice staff, very modern and up to date, free computers in lo
Cons: Bathtub is high and borders on being dangerous.
Location: Near tube station, British Library and British Museum. Short run to Regents Park.
Great hotel next to Euston station. Clean rooms, nice restaurant in lobby, friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend and would stay there again.

Can't beat location and price

Posted 19-Mar-2017
Pros: Price and cleanliness
Cons: Not much; since it aims to be a budget hotel. It delivers most of what I expected.
Location: Center of London! Easy access to everywhere.
It was the cheapest hotel close to St. Pancras without being too run down. It is a pleasant nice hotel if you don't have huge expectations.

Poor quality - but then it is Central London

Posted 16-Mar-2017
Not great. In particular reception staff were over worked and consequently unhelpful.
