Ai demandé, à mon arrivée, une chambre avec salle de bain/douche avec barres d'appui (grab bars); ai reçu chambre avec sdb specialement aménagée pour personnes à mobilité réduite: excellent. Personnel aimable et serviable.

Average room with average amenities.goid location next to the trains and busses. Some nice place nearby to eat. Did not eat at the hotel. We ate at a few local places and some downtown. We highly recommend the Blues Kitchen if you are into music and BBQ.well that's all I got except the Zoo was nice and all the site seeing was nice. Busses are confusing but wit the oyster pass the busses and trains worked for us.

Polite staff, nice room, great location. No room service and laundry service is ludicrous, but otherwise fine.

This was our 2nd stay at the Ibis Euston, and found that the ground floor and reception has been nicely refurbished since our previous stay a few years ago, and has a modern, quite funky new look to it. We stayed two nights in a third floor room towards the back of the hotel. The room was reasonably sized, clean, warm with the usual facilities including a modern TV. It was reasonably quiet except around 8am you do get noise from the courtyard below whilst the dustbins etc are collected., but of course that can happen anywhere. There is a buffet restaurant serving breakfast from very early on until 10.00 (later on Saturday) with a good menu of hot or cold items. The hotel is ideally situated for anyone travelling to or from Euston as the side entrance to t he station is directly across the road. Can recommend.

Très bien. Odeur de pot pourri un peu exagéré à la réception.

Access great to train station and pastries, but...

Air conditioning was terrible and walking into lobby from outside was warm and muggy and airless. Our Room too warm and no way to control air in room. Window doesn't open as tethered and I need to feel air movement in my room. Couldn't sleep with heat, and no moving air exhaust in bathroom!!!! Deadly...did supply me with a fan when I asked the next day which worked or we were considering another hotel based on lack of air movement alone. Food was good but needs more variety. Great breakfast buffet. loved the varied fresh fruit water available and little jars of candy, a great treat and makes you smile to nibble some - lovely touch. Great bed for sleeping-very minimalist but adequit. But if you're going to have a lovely window in the room, allow it to be OPENED - ridiculous and nearly ruined our time there as would have given us the air circulation we needed!!!
