Serves its purpose well as an airport hotel. Can be a bit of an issue getting an early morning taxi to the terminals and the car park was wuite restrictive in terms of size for parking but room was comfortable

My go to when I'm traveling from Heathrow. A really friendly welcome. Close to the airport although the shuttle takes almost an hour to get to T5. Can't fault the hotel though. Clean, tidy and modern.

Great airport hotel. No elevator is available in the underground parking garage, so use the drop off parking out front of the hotel to leave your bags before parking!

This was a surpringly good stay. Despite being next to one of the busiest airports in the world, we didn't hear one plane, & almost no noise outside of our room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Restaurant had good vegetarian options. So convenient to get to Heathrow in the morning & the cost was so reasonable! Bed super comfy too. We were really pleasantly surprised with this stay.

Apparently the hotel was full due to an issue at the airport with delayed flights. Our room was in an annex which was the furthest you could possibly get from reception but hey we got our steps in. Sleep was disturbed a bit due to being near the service entrance. Staff lovely

No shuttle! It was said it takes 5 min from the Terminal 5. However it is only the bus that run to all hotel and other terminal which might take up to 40 min. So the only fast option (but still 15 -20 min drive depending on traffic) is the taxi or Bolt. This should be put on your website to have a clearer understanding of the transportation issue.

What a perfect hotel for a stay either right before or after a flight. Hyatt has it down, and this was surprisingly affordable for the range of amenities and comfort and service and level of cleanliness. It is a five minute drive to the airport which translates into €15 for an Uber. The hotel has both a bar and a restaurant, with a good range of offerings. The chicken Makhani was OK, but not outstanding. The chef could throw in more spice and tartness. Hotel staff were wonderful.
