I love Hotel Xanadu, great location, near many restaurants and the train station, the rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and the shower is a dream, I will stay in this hotel every time I come to London. Great staff and great location.

Family Visit
Checkin was quite simple & the two ladies were lovely. Room is atypical for London. Parking charge of £20 is ridiculous. Parked off the property about 5mins away for £12. Overall would recommend if you’re in the vicinity.

one night stay in west london
had another great stay at Xanadu, quick check in , check out, super convenient for transport links, so close to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Bed super comfy, Wifi great, stayed on floor 5 this time, lovely views across the London rooftops. recommend,

Well located in Ealing. Received an upgrade which was appreciated. Room was a bit worn, but staff was excellent and public areas comfortable. Good value for London.

I booked the property based on other reviews and whilst the common areas of the hotel are lovely, my room was not. The bedsheets were not clean (covered in hair), the tap in the bathroom vanity was set to scalding hot and I couldn't work out how to change it, and the heating was not working. When I mentioned this to reception staff they were extremely apologetic and offered a radiator for the room (which worked wonderfully to heat up the room), and a complimentary breakfast (which was substantial and delicious). Unfortunately the hot water issue couldn't be fixed as their maintenance person wasn't available and I was checking out the next day. I had to make do with using the hand held shower over the bath tub. Also the accessible room I was in, was definitely not sound proof. The hotel was in a great location though, reception staff were helpful, and lots of pubs and other good dining and shopping options nearby.

had another great stay as Xanadu , staff are welcoming, professional and courteous, Check in and check out super quick. Room was spacious , spick and span and quite. very local to good restaurants and transport . Lovely quite bar area to enjoy a glass of wine., Great Stay

Good location and reasonable price
Swift check in process, and outstanding response to my requests. There was an ongoing maintenance to the heating system, but the staff managed to get me hot air blower which did well to fix my night.

Unfortunately the heating was not working. I was very cold the first night but the staff did offer me a portable heater the next day as heating didn’t work properly. I did have a voucher for a complimentary breakfast though. Also the bed was not the best. Two beds pushed together with a duvet which did not fit correct. I had to sleep in the middle in order to get enough duvet. Great location though and very kind staff.

This hotel is very convenient for Ealing Broadway station. A nice building with friendly staff. However my room was freezing cold, I had to ask reception for a heater, there was no cold water and the bathroom had only boiling hot water. Not a great experience.

Good hotel, great location!
Great property, great location. Welcoming staff. Slight gripe of mine, we were in room 504 this time, walk in shower… Great! But no where to put anything inside (no shelf). A small shelf would make a big difference and save having to bend over every 20 seconds!

Great service, but in need of an internal refresh
Great service from a really friendly reception team. Useful having a small car park (pre booking necessary), but the room itself was small and there was some unfinished building work with some strange ducting, a fan and the accompanying holes in the wall/ceiling. Strange decision not to serve sausages with the included hot breakfast buffet (you can pay extra for sausages) Overall the hotel needs a bit of a refresh.

There was problem with the air conditioning in our room but manger was excellent and provided us with a big tower fan ,as soon as we informed him great customer service, breakfast was really nice and staff were all really courteous would stay again.
