Hotel is good for business

Cons: Room cleanliness
Location: Major attractions of London and Oxford street shopping just 5 mins away !!!!!
This hotel is close to trains and accessible to all major areas in London. There is not much happening around the hotel as it's mainly for conferences and business.

Good location for centre of London, tube station 2 mins walk , friendly staff, nice clean rooms and excellent breakfast service.

A symphony of slamming doors

Pros: The area it is located.
Cons: The locks and doors. Way too loud and disruptive.
Location: Regency park. Piccadilly square. Groceries, Starbucks.
Although it is in a quiet area; it is VERY noisy. The doors to each room make a very loud SLAM each time someone leaves the room. You physically have to hold the door for it to not slam. Now, imagine you're on holiday and you wake up EVERY SINGLE MORNING to a perfect harmony syncronized by a symphony of SLAMMING doors. Sans any emergencies, it is the absolute worse thing to wake up to. If the hotel takes invests in quieter, more muffled doors and locks; it would be far better than the experience i had. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom cannot have a person standing while the door is open. Its either you, or the door!

Great location for us.

Pros: Staff. Waiters, people behind the front desk, bar tender all super nice.
Cons: The carpeting in the room corridors very worn, paint is a bit worn. Lots of extra old switches in our bathroom that connected to nothing. Confusing.
Location: Great location close to where we had to do business.
Staff was very nice and helpful to us. Nice greeting at front desk. Room service was very prompt.

Excellent location

The check in was quick and the room was basic but clean, all you need for a short stay. This hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of Euston and kings cross and lots of attractions

good location , with some minor stuff

Pros: near enough food places by great portland street nice it has it's oven parking marquee overhang so safely get in and out of car with no worries.
Location: 15 min walk to euston 10 min walk to oxford street
I wasn't able to walk around too much, I was here for a short 3 days rushing in & out. Nice Lobby entrance, and attentive staff at front desk. The staff was really helpful. My mom asked for help a lot - so thanks to the staff for the great assistance with questions and forgotten toiletries. The washrooms - so small, by london size yah a smidge too small and the tub's old but all things are serviceable. Tons of rooms, so it is a LONG walk to one room if it is on the other side of the elevator - they could've just opened up a couple of rooms in the middle core so people can walk through and not have to drag luggage along the very RESISTANT CARPET. what a muscle work out. I'm not too fond of the coffee cups and coffee at the bottom shelf - dust and all when people walk around et al. A bit inconsistent with the type of brand consistency of the shampoo/ body wash. The airconditioning worked well, so there's no stuffy feel in the room 448. My mom had to move from the first room when she checked in first, because no AC. It would be nice if the rooms were checked first. Would be nice if housekeeping or someone checked the rooms were all in working order - toiletries, coffee pot, AC. Close sainsbury local which was great. Less touristy area,there are some homeless people or 2 within 10 min radius - you'll have to see them at some point in a city like london

Great location. Near 3 tube- subway stations.

The staff is great. The concierge found us great theater ticket 4 times. The hotel and room are in good shape and clean. The only problem is that at check out they charge me again for my prepaid room. After I caught the error it took 2 days for them to credit my account.

Good location, great room. Can't go wrong

If you're already familiar with London, this is a great location. 3-5 mins walk to 3 underground stations means fab accessibility to almost all lines. There are supermarkets right opposite the hotel. Some quaint cafes nearby too. Room is a good size, with all necessities and then some like a bathtub. Highly recommended.
