Good location and staff helpful. Wall/skirting board damaged in room, hair found in one of the beds, & although the hotel was meant to be non-smoking, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke both in the evening and in the morning.

Pros: Restaurant staff were very accommodating.
Close to good, local restaurants. Launderette right down the street, which is handy for travelers. Close to underground stations.

They should change all the hotel management , and there is no respect for customer they dont want any loyal client for them they just want money

Nice Hotel, close to numerous attractions

I was planning to take over London, and then broke my ankle four weeks before my trip. I was unable to get a special room, but upon arrival, I was given one close to the elevator (based on their assessment of my state). I appreciated their being dynamic about that (Special mention of Ali- who orchestrated this). The bathroom was ideal for 'hopping' around- not tight, with rails galore on the tub. Room was clean, comfortable, pleasing overall. The staff members were exemplary, especially Ali who helped from Concierge/Front desk services. The duration of my visit was spent knowing I had people looking out for me, albeit I was a stranger. I spent 8 nights, and am certainly going back if given the opportunity. My travel was limited, but I also realized the location in Regent's Park was ideal. Very easy access to tubes, and nice eateries are in the vicinity. Overall very pleased with Holiday Inn Regent's Park!

Cons: Inrichting opfrissen
Location: Dicht bij Fitzroy square. Ik heb niks gezien, zakenbezoek
Lekker rustig, dicht bij Fitzroy square, lekker ontbijt buffet. Beetje gedateerde inrichting

Very nice hotel; good value

Pros: FANTASTIC customer service. I had trouble with my current converter and they supplied me with a loaner to charge my phone. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the tube station so you can get anywhere in the city quite easily. It is also 1/2 block from a Sainsburys small market so you can get water, sandwiches, etc. Hotel is comfortable with good bedding and a hot shower. The street it is on is not too busy so noise not a problem. You hear trucks go by in the beginning of work days...if you are noise sensitive, ask for a room facing the interior of the hotel and it should be fine. Room has a kettle so you can make tea easily. Cons: Room is a bit small so if you need a lot of room time, a bit tiny. But it is perfect as a base for sleeping in between shopping and museum trips. :) It is about a 60-70 pound taxi ride from Heathrow. But if you have minimal items to carry, it is easily accessible from Heathrow via the Tubes. There is no free breakfast included. You can pay extra or just make tea in the room and pop over to Sainsbury's for breakfas food. Overall, a very very nice hotel. Very good value for the money and a pleasant place to stay.

Hôtel très bien placé juste à coté du métro.la gare est à deux arrêts.
