decent hotel but missing something

the room was comfortable but I was upgraded to the executive floor. location was okay but not great breakfast was very good but a total zoo. I have never seen so many people eating at one time. I guess everyone had a free breakfast included in the room rate. air conditioning in the room was hard to control. room was clean no fitness room which I found unusual

Everything good but WiFi

Pros: Location is good. Staff is friendly. Room & bathroom was comfortable
Cons: WiFi limited to 2 connections & is slow but more connections & more speed can be purchased.
Location: Nando's, Green Man pub, Tesco, & Underground stations all less then 10 min walk away.

Comfortable if unexiting

Pros: it was very convenient to the course I was attending
Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaner and more upto date

Prima hotel in het centrum van Londen

Pros: Snelle check in, kamer al beschikbaar voor 14 uur, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, centrale ligging, dicht bij metrostation
Cons: Kamer en badkamer zijn inderdaad aan de kleine kant, maar je komt er alleen maar om te slapen, dus geen enkel probleem!

Better beds...

Very good location but the beds were uncomfortable and only double size. Suggest queen size beds that don't move around when you roll over..

Pros: Very good room. Staff were very good. Requested extra pillow and had it within minutes.
Cons: Wish they would put toiletries in the bathroom versus sign saying you could request them if you needed them. Also, would be nice to have complimentary bottle of water vs ones that cost.
Location: Fairly good location. Easy access to the tube, walking distance to Soho.

Very basic amenities for four star hotel rating

Why pay so much for what is supposed to be a four-star hotel when you can get the same amenities for less expense at a two star hotel? All of that being said it was a perfect location for my needs.

Bad WIFI and single pane windows in noisy city.

The advertised "free WIFI" was a money grab: it was intentionally horribly slow to force you to pay extra and upgrade to a "highspeed Internet" service. Street noise was very audible because the room had single pane windows, not noise protection windows, even though facing a busy street. Overall something one might expect from a 2 star or 3 star hotel in a city such as London. This hotel is rated (and priced) 4 stars and has thus not met my expectations because of the two issues mentioned above. Especially the "free Internet" raises questions about business ethics and honesty.

Bra hotell nära shopping

Det här är ett hotell med närhet till många restaurangen och endast 10 min promenad till Oxfordstreet. Perfekt läge om man gillar shopping! Hotellets skick var helt okej. Letar man efter det lilla extra ska man nog välja ett annat hotell, men om man enbart är ute efter ett helt okej hotell så kan jag rekommendera detta. Vi åkte absolut inte därifrån missnöjda.

La habitación muy pequeña y no caben ni las maletas, ideal para personas de trabajo que van solas con una maleta, no para personas que venimos de viaje de placer muchos días
