Bad rooms, good rooms, avoid the "standard room"
The first room we were put in was close to a monster-sized air vent, the noise was intolerable. We were transferred to another room which was quiet, but was cold, super small and had a queen sized bed (in stead of the king size bed we booked) which was so short that it didn't even fit my wife, length wise. The tiny bathroom had a bath (!?) but otherwise was too narrow to move in and half the fittings fell apart upon touch.
After complaining again the next day, we were moved to yet another room. This room was fine but intolerably hot at night (noisy aircon off, windows open, no other heaters visible) - and that in the middle of winter!
