We stayed 3 nights and are first impressions were we didn't like the area...it felt & we were in the old part of London where alot of homeless & rift raft people were hanging out outside of our hotel entrance, it made us feel uncomfortable coming in & going...room was decent but never got a maid to come in when it was prearranged to clean are room, tho we did get a nice incentive...food provided was good & staff were pleasant in accommodating are needs
