Breakfast was included and the standard of the rooms was very clean and comfortable to stay in for the night. My only Concern was the £15 parking I had to pay regardless of paying £160 for the night , it should’ve been included in the price as I already paid a big amount of money for my one night stay in the hotel.

Uncomfortable hard bed noisy. Had to pay extra for parking £15 not explained when booking and was one of the reasons I booked. Breakfast was chaotic and not all relaxing. Waiting 10 mins to have eggs with my breakfast.

Great spot to stay. Staff are lovely, hotel is modern and clean. We stayed here for a concert at Wembley and it was very easy transport with the bus stop out side the hotel I direct link as well as the tube stop next door.

Nice hotel. Well situated and good value for money. Generally quiet but some corridor noise in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast included and easy access from tube.

Good location for the train, tube buses and cabs. Good choice of supermarket shops around the hotel and a couple of coffee shops. Basic room, but our window didn’t shut and it faced the train station. Rooms are very tired and in need of some updating. The breakfast was great, as were some of the staff too.

The property is run down and very poorly managed. The rooms are very outdated and in bad shape. We had cracks on our faucets. Housekeeping is inconsistent and does a poor job. There are no safes in the rooms. Money was stolen from our bags. Just save your money and stay elsewhere

Rooms were never cleaned properly. Keys to your rooms never worked. No sense of urgency to help. Money was stolen from the room and they knew that they had precious issues with the staff. Front desk were helpful but overall Find another place to stay.

I have to note the position of the hotel as it was right outside the station and I can imagine how comfortable that is for those guests using the public transportation. Although, i drove to get there, i found it extremely helpful to have a safe parking(paid) for my car on site. The room allocated to us was spacious enough for 2 and my small pooch. The room has a small sofa and a table big enough to use either for working or dining. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I was also happy as they welcomed my dog eventhough i failed to request his company prior to our booking. To sum up my stay, i was pleasantly surprised with all the comforts that Holiday Inn Express had provided and I have to mention also the variety of quality breakfast! I strongly recommend and we are most certainly be back again!!

For the price and location (next to the tube station) it was okay, however there is much to be said about the cleaning. I know hotels are trying to be more eco-friendly and not washing the bedsheets and towels every day, but I don't believe the bedsheets I had had been washed before my stay (looked like someone had thrown up a bit and it was disgusting). To whoever this may concern The night of the 2nd Wednesday February 2022 I was staying in your Holidayinn branch from Monday to Wednesday I experienced a really uncomfortable experience on the night of the 2.1.2022 where I politely asked one of your staff which was a guy a Indian gentleman I believe for a lighter which he gladly gave me however as I returned back with it he began to question why I asked for the lighter as weather I smoked I was really threw of by this why would a member of staff even asked that type of question and in the manner he asked was really inappropriate I answered and said I used the lighter to light up my candles he gave me a really weird look and said a candle dinner by your self that was totally out of line at this point To continue he then rang my room and said “are the candles still on and Make sure you turned them off” I do appreciate somebody being concerned however there is a approach that should be used that isn’t rude like he used I responded and said to him I am very much aware of what I am doing and that I am 28 years of age He answered with “ok well I am older then you” Now I need somebody to explain to me what kind of training your staff are getting to be responding this way I was reassuring him with my answer and he got totally disrespectful back I informed the manager she apologised but there was nothing done in terms of somebody contacting me or anything offered as a alternative for the inconvenience or a offer or a re

The room smelled terrible, particularly the toilets. The rooms desperately need refurbishing as everything looks old and dirty. The heating was not working and despite having having called reception regarding this, I was told there is nothing that could be done... overall I'm really disappointed with the customer service and the outcome. It's shocking that I was not offered a different room or even an extra duvet (it was a very cold night)! In conclusion, I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel but let down by poor maintenance and poor vegetarian breakfast. Two lights in room broken, no gel in shower and lack of veggie sausages at breakfast should be easy things to fix so why not just fix them.
