We stayed at the Hilton, London for 2 nights.

Pros: Everything was good. The staff and especially the sweet girl in the gym area was very helpful.
Cons: I didn't see anything that could be improved.
Location: We were close to the airport. So we had to take a taxi to "town" to see the London sights.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, terminal 5, in London for 2 nights. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for our flight home to the USA. The staff were very helpful with taxi rides. We ate at 3 of the restaurants there and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Surprised how four star a airport hotel can be!

Pros: Neat,clean, wonderful food,large room and great spa.
Cons: Not that I can think of.
Location: 15 minutes from the airport. Great place to relax and recharge.
Short wait to check-in. Large room. Clean and modern. Impressive restaurants.Wonderful gym and spa. Very relaxing.

Nice hotel but NOT at Terminal 5.

Cons: See above.
It is a long way to Terminal 5 and you have to pay to ride a bus to the terminal. It is not as advertised. You must allow plenty of time. Also, they gave us a room for disabled...my husband is 6'2" using a lavatory that is very low. When you arrive late at night and plan to leave early the next morning there is not enough time to change rooms. Staff should have avoided this when we checked in.

Nice modern hotel, 10mins from Heathrow T5

Pros: The hotel is modern, very comfortable, great staff, fast checkin, good restaurant.
Cons: the distance from T5 should be clearer to avoid breaking expectations.
Location: 10mins away from T5, which is not bad but should be clearer to all guests at booking time.
The only downside of this hotel is that it's not inside T5, it's 10mins away. So you have to take a bus that will cost you 5 Pounds and (in my experience) 25 mins waiting or you can take a cab that will cost you 25 Pounds.

An airport hotel at last serving quality food.

Cons: Direct hotel shuttle from Terminal 5
This hotel was a terrific surprise , quality food, very attentive staff, secure environment, overall condition outstanding. Highly recommended. The only negative was it is promoted to be at Heathrow T5, not so, its a 15 pound taxi ride to Terminal 5. Otherwise a great stay , would stay again when flying out of Terminal 5.

Pros: I liked the location and the choice of restaurants in the hotel.
I had an overnight stay as I awaited a morning flight to Corfu, Greece. The location made it easy to get to the airport.

Pros: See above comments about the restaurant.
Hotel is an approximately $5 USD per person shuttle drive from Heathrow. Hotel has a lovely Indian restaurant, which we recommend after having a very-reasonably priced and excellent meal there. Otherwise, the hotel experience was uneventful and just OK for an airport hotel. About what you'd expect.

No room at 1:30am despite a guaranteed booking....

Cons: If the booking is guaranteed - keep me a room!
I had called earlier that evening to say I would be arriving late as I was flying into Gatwick and out of Terminal 5 early the next morning. So when I arrived at 0130 all I wanted was a room - but they had obviously overbooked and had non available. Tried to dress up my move to a nearby hotel as an upgrade which I could not have cared less less about after waiting 20 mins in the hotel lobby for a taxi.
