I paid for quality service in a hotel and felt like I was staying in a motel that was patched together with tape and glue maybe it was being renovated but a simple sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice. worst service I have ever had at a Hilton!!!

I liked the size of the room, having the fridge, microwave was very handy with a toddler and a playpen. I would only suggest extra blankets there was 1 but the room was still a bit cold luckily I brought some baby blankets

Very friendly staff. Room was large and comfortable. The TV channels sucked, but this is a very small thing. Got to see the Leaf Game so I as happy aobut that. Will most likely be back.

Our room had a massive leak in the bathroom ceiling that had clearly been there for some time and not properly fixed. We had to ask to change rooms which is a pain after unpacking with two kids. The pool are was extremely hot and hard to enjoy. My kids asked to leave because they couldn’t even breathe. Nearly all of the food was empty at breakfast. The lack of regular height tables to eat at was odd. They were mostly coffee table height. Overall, wouldn’t recommend & wouldn’t stay again.

This was our best hotel experience ever.
First time at the Hampton Inn. Pleasantly surprised at the all facets of the hotel. From front desk staff to service staff all were very helpful,friendly and attentive. This was not the case at a competitive hotel. We will continue to book every time we visit London.
