The hotel was maintained to a high standard . There was refurbishing work going on which caused noise and some dust in the hotel.Staff were all brilliant ;a minor problem was resolved promptly and cheerfully.Public areas quiet and well kept .My room was fine.I was there for 2 nights in March 2014.

Great stay for our trip in the London area. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly. It had everything we needed. Something’s to note though is that the area is quite noisy outside during the night and it is a bit of a distance from the center of London but not too bad. Overall though I enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone else who is visiting London.

It was excellent service from checking in to checking out, and the room was comfortable. Didn't have any breakfast as it was the holiday season and was out most of the time for celebrations.

Got Woke up for fire alarms at 5 o’clock in the morning had to leave the room was standing outside for an hour till Fire Brigade come and told to go back into the room could not sleep this was booked for my wife to relax because she works in the NHS and she hasn’t had time off for awhile complain to the manager and manager said we was entitled to a refund for you guys so can you please look into this many thanks

I contacted reception as my TV wasn’t working correctly and was told someone would have a look, however, 45 minutes later no one had come, so I call again to be told they were busy, but they probably wouldn’t be able to do anything anyway. Why say you’re going to come, if no one bothers, particularly if they can’t do anything anyway. Also the parking is very expensive for an overnight stay

This is a beautiful building, the lobby inviting and relaxing. My room was quiet, dark, and tranquil. The bed was comfortable and great value for the price. I included the breakfast GREAT decision- well prepared and delicious. Dinner menu was excellent too- prices reasonable and quality and quantity of food great. Yazad was always smiling and helpful. Every staff member very nice. I reccomed this place.

The breakfast buffet was really good! Very friendly staff. There was a large group of 40 people at the breakfast on the first morning and were taking s long time at the coffee station. While patiently waiting to get my coffee, the kitchen manager brought me a coffee directly to my table instead so I didn't have to wait. Excellent customer service!

Room was nice & bed was comfy, bathroom was ok, shower was tricky with not much adjustment possible, but water pressure was good. Main issue was having to pay an additional £10 for on site parking when arriving, this should just be included within the room cost. There are signs everywhere telling you to pay for it, from the car park to the lobby & checkin desk, so it’s obviously not something people expect to have to do.
