The outdoor space features a private garden, offering a peaceful spot to unwind and soak up the sunshine on pleasant days. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The property offers four comfortable bedrooms. Two featuring double beds and two with single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families. All beds have hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. There's a cosy corner featuring a dedicated desk and a comfortable chair, ideal for remote working or planning your day. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Located in the heart of Finchley, this peaceful North London neighbourhood offers a charming mix of suburban tranquillity and urban convenience. Just a 15-minute walk from Finchley Central Station, you'll have quick access to Central London via the Northern Line. The area is home to cosy cafés, local bakeries, supermarkets, and various restaurants. Enjoy nearby green spaces like Victoria Park and Dollis Brook for fresh air or a scenic stroll. Finchley blends community warmth with excellent transport links, ideal for short and extended stays. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest underground station, Finchley Central, is just a 15-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is a 1h10 drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
