Just a 2-minute walk from West Silvertown DLR station, you can reach Canary Wharf in around 10 minutes and central London in about 30 minutes. Stroll along the Thames, relax in the nearby Thames Barrier Park, or explore the vibrant Royal Docks area with its cafés, restaurants, and waterfront views. The O2 Arena and ExCeL Centre are also just minutes away for world-class entertainment and events. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest DLR station, West Silvertown, is just a 5-minutes walk. Gatwick Airport is an hour's drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
