The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a UK king-size bed and the second with a UK double bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Located in vibrant East London, this neighborhood offers a mix of local charm and urban convenience. Just a short walk from Millfields Park and the peaceful River Lea canal, it’s perfect for morning strolls, jogs, or relaxed afternoons outdoors. Nearby, you'll find the lively Chatsworth Road with its cafés, markets, and independent shops—great for discovering local flavors. Excellent transport links put you within easy reach of Central London, with Clapton Station just minutes away. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Clapton, is just a 7-minutes walk. London Gatwick Airport is 1h15 drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
