We are located on the second floor via stairs. The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a convertible sofa bed and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. The flat was not in a good part of town. Had no working TV even though the profile shows one. The pictures did not show all the water damage and stains on the walls and ceilings. The windows aren't sealed so all the people yelling, and sirens from the street makes for very loud nights.Finally, the location to pickup and drop off the keys was longer than exspected, especially for a party with large suitcases. Also, be prepared for carpet coming up/off on the stairs as it is a tripping hazard. ##### Becky H.
