We arrived to receive the keys and was told that the code was invalid, and then after long calls was told that the cleaners are at the property and they will give the keys. When we got their, they were busy cleaning and took time and missed few things to clean. They only gave us one key. Made our stay very difficult to operate, as the key holder had to wait for the other people. The late key delivery made us late for the event we all had planned to visit. The show started at 5 pm and we could only get to the event by 8.30 pm. So we need compensation for the late delivery and messing the weekend. Regards ##### Javed H.
