Very nice apartment! Clean and comfy! The hotel location is great, easy access to underground just a few minutes walk away. Only complain is the communication between staff is not that great, i booked an extra night lastminute and requested specifically to keep the same apartment but found out that they werent aware when i checked. Fantastic Stay
Fabulous place to stay with staff who were absolutely amazing and could not do enough. We were a little concerned about CV19 but the place is spotlessly clean and they have brilliant policies in place and take them very seriously. Brilliant place to stay we would highly recommend.

Overall experience
Me and my partner stayed here for one night and the whole experience was rather pleasing. All staff members that we met were kind and welcoming. Would recommend to friends and family and I would definitely stay again.

I was super happy with every aspect of my stay at Native Monument. Pleasant, helpful staff; a cozy room with amenities like a mini kitchen with refrigerator, and in-room washer/dryer for laundry. Great location (for my purposes): a short walk from London Bridge and train stops (Monument and London Bridge stations are both a short walk away), a gym across the street that offers short-term (daily and weekly) memberships; convenient shops and restaurants nearby. If I had one *very minor* complaint it's this: there was quite a bit of traffic noise from Lower Thames Street in my room (on the 4th floor facing the street), and a bit from the people gathered in the evenings outside at the bar on the street directly below my window. This didn't really bother me personally, but if you're a light sleeper or otherwise sensitive about noise it might be a problem. No real complaints. Couldn't have asked for more at the same price. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Clean room with a bit of space in the City
At the price offered (£125), this was a v good option for a night in the City. Microwave/oven combo could have done with a wipe over, but everything else was clean and in good order. Friendly efficient reception staff

Pretty perfect
Only negative thing is that we were only there for one night as in town for an event. Perfect place and the standard was exceptional. Service and friendly staff was amazing too.

Lovely apartment just what we needed for a short weekend in London. Close to amenities. Shower would spray from the top of the head onto the toilet however and a few bulbs did not work. Other than that a fab place to stay.

Really a fantastic place to stay. Staff were friendly and extremely accommodating, room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was a little small for two people and definitely not the most comfortable but for the location it was worth it. Surprisingly the area was very quiet as well.

I really loved the how quiet and calm it was inside the hotel. It was in a business area so there weren’t many late night options but it very close to transit. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were a few things that needed repairs in my room but they didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Noisy room, sleepless night
On arrival accommodation was nice, very helpful staff and had every thing you needed in the apartment for the duration of the stay. We stayed in room 203 it was very close to the road and although the windows were closed, it sounded like they were wide open. It was very noisy and we had a very sleepless night. We asked to move rooms to be told the next morning they have none available, with which they thought would be made better with wine and chocolate. Consequently, it was no better the second night even with ear plugs in and the tv on.

Excellent stay at Native Monument.
My wife and I stayed over New Years at it was excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the suite was lovely, and very well appointed. a very comfortable stay - would thoroughly recommend. Do climb the Monument Tower - 311 steps is a lot - but the view is worth it. The only observation was the double bed could do with being a 'Queen' size, rather than a standard double. There wasn't enough width nor sufficient length in the bed. I'm above average height at 6'2''.

Amazing staff member (the Spanish girl) always has smiles on her face. The staff is just amazing, just like the place itself. Fantastic location, absolutely walking distance to all amenities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a small Tesco and a waitrose supermarket nearby if you need to buy some stuff or to make yourself a breakfast. No need to worry about washing liquid or washing powder you have them there. We didn't need them as we spent our time outside and took our dirty clothes with the but useful to know when you travel with small children. Will definitely come back. Looking to come back again probably around March/April

There was a very loud noise from the air in the pipes that woke us up several times in the night. There is a sensor light in the hallway that also interrupts sleep every time someone moves from a room. It is important to ask staff for a quiet room in advance as there are rooms closer to the pub across the lane. Very wonderfully styled rooms, good layout to the apartments and the rooms are well stocked for kitchen and laundry. Very considerate and polite staff, which is what made the few flaws such a blight on the stay.

Terrible experience and service..staff are misleading with information and cover eachother by disappearing and a new person shows up. They are not willing to share names due to complaints so be smart and check name badges to make solid complaints.

Returned to stay here for a second time after a great experience first time around. Second stay was equally as good. Only thing I would want here is fresh towels delivered every other day as we were there for 8 nights and had to ask for a new towel each time. Other than that, great location and everything you need.

Amazing apartment - would definitely recommend !
Amazing apartment. Great location and view of the shard from our apartment. We had a ground floor apartment which was very private as it had partially frosted glass and you could barely hear any noise outside. The apartment was very clean, lovely modern decor and very spacious. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Room was spacious and clean. We only stayed for couple of days but would have catered for long stays. Great location. My only criticism is that checkout time was set at 10 am which was quite early. Overall excellent choice.
