Very friendly pub with good rooms. Spacious and very comfortable room and a good breakfast as well. All the staff and particularly.Mark made this a lovely stay. We also had a bite to.eat at the Fitzrovia in the evening a straight forward menu with good food at a very reasonable.price. Definitely visiting again when in London.

Rooms are small but comfortable. However I expected the pub above which they were to have the charm and looks of an old, traditional London pub; instead it looked like a cafeteria, with a menu to match! As for the hotel service, it was inexistant. I didn’t expect a true hotel, but, considering the concept, I expected a nice, warm atmosphere. Not only wasn’t it the case, but the pub staff was not truly helpful — or truly competent.

Absolutely fabulous one night stay. Nice and quiet. Decent sized room for London and everything you could possibly need in your room. Close to restaurants and shops and also close to the Underground if you need it. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Staff were lovely and friendly especially Jenney who checked us in. Thank you

Delightful stay. Stayed in Citrus room. It had a lovely wet room, the decor was great, bed comfy and no noise from pub. Breakfast was great. Staff were extra pleasant and helpful. Goodge underground station virtually across the road. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is in very good location. My room, Lilly, was incredibly quiet. The breakfast was delicious and came as a large portion. With special thanks to Georgia, She was excellent and took care of our booking and needs!

This is a real find! The room was clean, comfortable, and decent size. The noise from the pub downstairs was not noticable (it was St Patrick's Day, so I imagine it would be a bit lively!). The location is fantastic, and he staff were incredibly welcoming. Recommended.

We would stay here again
Centrally located, ideal for Oxford Street, the British Museum and theatres. The hotel is above a pub, it was clean, quiet enough for Central London and comfortable (the only quibble would be that the pillows were a little past their best). We ate in the pub in the evening and it was delicious and good value, the breakfast also was very good, just slightly odd that there was an extra charge for hash browns !

staff were great, radiator in room didn't heat up. The stairs to the room are quite steep, my wife struggled a bit with them. No continental breakfast. Would not stay again

This is one of our favourite hotels. We’ve been coming here since 2017. Staff is always very helpful and friendly, though has changed over the years. Unfortunately rooms need a good make over and to be looked after. And detail to cleanliness would make a big difference. It is such a lovely little hotel after all! Hopefully next time it will have received a little tlc.

We stayed for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend. Great choice. The location was convenient for exploring the sights. The room was individually styled, makes a change from some of the generic chains we usually opt for. Really comfy bed, friendly staff and a tasty and generous breakfast included. Would recommend and would return.

Great location extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent full breakfast included. Real neighborhood pub below the hotel which is really about 6 rooms over the pub. Large room quiet w free internet.

So the rooms are above the pub but my room was quiet. All the staff were particularly nice, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location just off Tottenham Court Road. Great breakfast selection included in the rate. Would definitely visit again.

Good City Stay
A nice room that was a good size and very comfortable, close to plenty of places to eat and drink and the pub itself is good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and plenty of it. Would stay again.

Lovely stay, welcoming, good sized room. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed. Being Totenham CT Rd it can be noisy due to traffic. Good food. My only criticism is regarding the toilet paper. In the bar lounge toilet it was fine, but in the bedroom en suite it was rough 😬

Great place for a night out in the West End
Our room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated, with a great shower room and comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic (try the Bad Boy!) and the pub itself is really pretty and well presented. It's easy walking distance from the West End but far enough away that it's not crazy busy. Great value compared to hotels in the area we've used before.

A pub with rooms. My room was one of two on the top floor. Despite being on Tottenham Court Road the room was pretty quiet for such a central London location. I ate dinner in the pub and had a very enjoyable meal. Breakfast was also very good. I will be going back in the future.

Location was perfect. On the nicer part of TCR a couple of minutes walk from Goodge street. Breakfast really nice. Don't think we got the best or biggest room, and pub wasn't as traditional as we were hoping but very good for the price and location.
