The whole day and night the traffic noise (ambulances, police cars, motorbikes, permanently honking cars) creates high acoustic stress and it is nearly impossible to relax or sleep well in addition guests from the pub on the other side of the street are sitting or standing outside, chatting late at night which is another minus point.
